Extensive notes on front and back end papers, half-title and verso concerning a list of American business leaders who the author alleges committed tax evasion or tax fraud, financial excesses of some of these business leaders, deceptive actions of the IRS in favor of the rich and unfair practices of the IRS towards the poor, tax credits, taxes that are routinely evaded by the rich, deceptive actions of various accountants, accounting firms, and political parties. Examples include: “political donor class,” “3 out of 4 pay more in social security than they do in income tax,” “The Stealth Tax,” “earned income tax credit,” and “profits trump patriotism.” Annotations by Brian Lamb in the margins and underlining of pertinent phrases throughout the book. Examples include: “'accelerated charitable remainder trust,'” “first-time home buyers,” “1985 tax law,” “4 billion on computers that did not work,” and “tax evasion tactics.”
