Brian Lamb asks: “Who was Mike Hill?” “Why the appendix of births, deaths, marriages, and children?” Annotations by Brian Lamb in the margins and underlining of pertinent phrases throughout the book. Laid in note from historian and father of the author, David McCullough, to Brian Lamb.
